Subject: [OA-syst-ref] Re: Calling for agenda: 2024-05-29 OpenAMP System Reference

Hi all,

I've tested https://github.com/OpenAMP/openamp-system-reference/pull/43, or actually libmetal/v2024.05-rc and open-amp/v2024.05-rc.
I added these two modules in latest Zephyr and tested the openamp samples, from Zephyr, on NXP i.MX8MP.

Everything works fine!

Thanks,
Iulia

Hi all,

Please let us know if you have any topics.  Here is what I collected so far:

  1. https://github.com/OpenAMP/open-amp/pull/593 and https://github.com/OpenAMP/libmetal/pull/298 and https://github.com/OpenAMP/openamp-system-reference/pull/43 are PRs for 2024.05 release
    1. Any non-regression testing issues to discuss? (Hopefully no issues filed is a good sign?)
  1. Task Tracking sheet / individual updates

Reminder of actions from last time:

  1. (PR #43 needs review) Arnaud to update system reference to point to latest release openamp & libmetal
  2. Bill & Arnaud to discuss if can get by without Arnaud's 1 patch or if need to import it.
  3. (Done? Was it just PR590 and PR296 or are there more?) Tammy to help review PRs around doxygen update by Friday? 1 in openamp-library & 1 in libmetal.
  4. Iulia to try testing frozen branches on NXP
  5. Andrew to test frozen branches on TI, especially Zephyr stuff
  6. Arnaud will ping Carlo Caione (co-maintainer of Openamp in Zephyr) if no movement on Andrew's patch by end of week
  7. (DONE) Bill will look into adding Iulia to the openamp-dev discord channel

Thanks & regards,

Nathalie
