                Dchordia requested a libmetal repo maintainer to register for QNXE license & store credentials in org-level GitHub Secrets, to be able to add to CI loop

                Will discuss registering for QNX license after release (is there a cost?)

                e.g. for NuttX we don't do any tests.  If not possible, could accept the porting layer for QNX without CI, but prefer to have CI
