Action items

• Tanmay will work with Bill to bring up Ethernet on upstream 6.9 kernel (ideal) or 6.6 kernel (fall-back plan). Something in v6.10-rc3 seems to fix it (unclear if intentionally)
• Tanmay to look into using West to take care of open-amp library sources for application build
• Tanmay & Bill to notify Dan if will use v6.9 or v6.6 kernel, once they get Ethernet working
• Arnaud will review the comments in the open-amp doxygen items, circle back w/ Tammy & decide how to move forward on them
• Andrew will look up TI infrastructure for latency measurement of RPMsg data transfer between 2 cores when Linux + remote running baremetal or RTOS & share with Iulia
