Here’s what I collected so far:

• Catch everyone up on the new plan for recording (since webinar is 2h but our 29^th Nov slot is only 2h), as several presenters couldn’t join when we discussed last week
• Slides creation
• Webinar promotion
• Individual updates
• Convergence

Deadlines:

• Reminder: 14 November EOD: Initial submission pull requests for documentation scrub
• 18 November EOD: Slides draft deadline + draft demo walkthrough (in text form)
• 22 November EOD: Give feedback on slides
• 28 Nov at 8am Pacific Time: Each presenter should record their presentation & demo on their own & send to Nathalie.
• 29 Nov 10am Pacific Time: Nathalie will mock-up the combined video so we know what needs discussion/re-do during 29 Nov recording session
