The code of the open-amp and lib metal libraries is now frozen to allow for non-regression tests to begin.
Of course, the PR review process continues but the PRs will be integrated after the release.

The v2023.10 release of the OpenAMP project repositories is planned at the end of this month. The feature freeze is scheduled for the 15th of October, after which no new features are accepted until the release. Only bug fixes will be allowed.
