rpmsg-examples: Add zephyr-rpmsg-test utility
Add automated test script and corresponding recipe to validate
Zephyr-based OpenAMP RPMsg TTY communication from Linux. This provides
simplified test execution similar to the existing FreeRTOS echo_test
utility.

vendor/xilinx open-amp-xlnx: Builds are now based off of repo and only library
OpenAMP library is built with only library as target. Demos are in separate
recipe. This means the .inc file only needs minimal flags to be used.

various: Update variables to meet Wrynose requirements
The system now requires a space between a variable, operator and value.
WORKDIR is no longer allowed in S. The default value is now correct for
most git repositories.
The default git repository source location is ${UNPACKDIR}/${BP}.
Adjust as necessary components that build in subdirectories.

libmetal/open-amp: Fix CMake minimum version
Workaround the following issue:
| CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:1 (cmake_minimum_required):
| Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.
|
| Update the VERSION argument <min> value. Or, use the <min>...<max> syntax
| to tell CMake that the project requires at least <min> but has been updated
| to work with policies introduced by <max> or earlier.
|
| Or, add -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5 to try configuring anyway.

Re-add support for scarthgap
The baseline is compatible with wrynose (YP-6.0) and later.
Now re-add support for scarthgap (YP-5.0).
In each recipe:
* add destsuffix=${BP} to SRC_URI
* add S = {$UNPACKDIR}/${BP}
* inherit openamp-unpack-compat
The first two are the defaults in wrynose but be explicit for scarthgap.
The new class defines UNPACKDIR for scarthgap but leaves it undefined for
wrynose and later as they require. (It is defined as a weak assignment
that will be active later in the processing.)
This is a separate commit so it can be reverted for release specific
branches and when scrathgap goes EOL.
