Log Message: ----------- CI: add action to build for different platforms
This patch add build tests for Linux, Arm platform and Zephyr OS.
Notice that for Zephyr, openamp and libmetal have been forked. As consequence the associated openamp and libmetal modules are updated and some Zephyr samples are compiled directly in the zephyr environment.
