Decisions

* Ed & Arnaud (open-amp & libmetal maintainers) will be the only ones with commit rights to those GitHub repos. Will continue to use GitHub PR flow for contributions. Ed & Arnaud should also submit PRs for what they commit. * OpenAMP will adopt the Zephyr coding style guidelines
