* Bill will ACK https://github.com/OpenAMP/openamp-system-reference/pull/45

* Tanmay to check w/ Ed if he plans to review the PRs & if not, can go ahead & merge it once have the 2nd review * Tanmay will ask Ben to join next RP call to continue discussion on https://github.com/OpenAMP/libmetal/pull/302
