[OA-syst-ref] 2024-11-13 OpenAMP System Reference notes and action items

Hi all,

I solved the mystery of how to get to the transcripts that Zoom notifies us are being made: It doesn't save them. We get this notice because closed captioning is available for accessibility. So, I'd have to turn on the closed captioning during the meeting for the transcript to be save-able.
