Hi all,
The notes from today's call can be found at: https://github.com/OpenAMP/openamp-system-reference/wiki/OpenAMP-System-Refe...
When I tried to add the notes to the usual page, it wouldn't render, so I think that page got too long. So, I split out a 2023 page & can clean up the rest later to split into their own year pages.
Action items:
* Bill will publish the notes & share the recording from the Virtio spin-off call * Bill to discuss w/ Mathieu about joining the AMP BOF * Bill & Arnaud to reply on doc data structures thread from Tammy * Arnaud will look at Zephyr for what could be leveraged for automatic checking of pull requests for Doxygen-compatible comments * [DONE] Nathalie: Make a copy of Dec deck & share to rest of group as editors * Here is the BOF deck working document: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1dKGGgLGFWYTeS_pJ4HBqPB1fwq2070-KzoSj... * Nathalie: Find out call-in capability for Session Room 1 * Tammy will submit a pull request for the input parameters mods (Separate commits for libs & apps & tests. OK to submit in same pull request)
@hnagalla@ti.commailto:hnagalla@ti.com and @Nishanth Menonmailto:nm@ti.com: Please email me directly with the google account that you use for work & I can add you to the Google Drive folder where we store the System Reference work-in-progress documents.
Thanks & regards, Nathalie
Hi all,
Nathalie: Find out call-in capability for Session Room 1
Session Room 1 is theatre style with 70 seats, which is not set up for having folks call in. AV team will be recording all sessions, including our BOF, so we can get non-travelling participants caught up that way.
There are a limited number of non-session meeting rooms at Connect, for which the requests will be reviewed next week & allocated based on priority. Those might be wired for call-in.
During the 3/22 System Reference call, it didn't sound like there was a specific case to hold a hybrid F2F/call-in meeting if it had to happen separately from the BOF+OpenAMP F2F. It sounded like having an all-remote follow-up call could be arranged after Connect, if needed.
Please let me know by EOD Friday 3/24 if you have a specific request for the non-session meeting rooms, so that I can submit the proposal to the Connect organizers. The information that they require to be able to prioritize the requests is: Topic, company name, people name, person responsible for arranging the meeting, preferred day, intention and goal with this meeting
Thanks & regards, Nathalie

Hello,
* Arnaud will look at Zephyr for what could be leveraged for automatic checking of pull requests for Doxygen-compatible comments
I don't find tool for that. One way seems to run Doxygen and check the output. The drawback of this method is that errors and warnings can be related to the existing documentation, not too the Pull request.
Regards, Arnaud
