For the wrap-up I left a pause at the transition to the live material but then went on to read it so we get an idea of the time. I did several takes of the wrap up tring to get it to 5 or 6 min but right now it is 8+.

For connection I suggest we record voice over for still slides for transitions.  I can do all the transitions or the last speaker can do it in each case.

Due to bad UI design in Google Drive, when I went to click on Download of intro-shared-screen, the menu position moved and I ended up clicking on the adjacent entry which was "remove" :( and when I clicked undo, Google Drive gave me an error and won't restore the file & it is not showing up in my view of trash. Do you mind re-uploading intro-shared-screen? Sorry for the inconvenience...

On the plus side, at least the menu didn't move in the other direction. Below Download is remove. Above Download is block user who uploaded this file.

I know VLC allows you to increase the playback speed to help reviews go faster. Possibly the player in Chrome might let you get up to 2x.

We can make kv260 available as "try it later" package. We are not going to provide any images for our viewers to try on kv260 board.

** Recording transitions between sections, if needed ** Outcome of reviews of your section & someone else's: Did anyone find any major issue that needs to be re-recorded? ** Tanmay's original video was in 720p instead of 1080p and I just resized it in editing. Does that look OK to everyone? It looks OK on my monitor so I think it is OK to leave as-is but if anyone disagrees, this is our chance to re-do it.

I checked this. It looks good on my laptop as well. So, I agree to leave as-is.

I had to record in the cloud not on the local computer. If you look at the settings on the web you will find the controls Nathalie talked about.

You can also just use Nathalie's links to record on her account.

(You just get more recordings, it does not replace the ones you normally have so I just have my account set that way right now.)

I know VLC allows you to increase the playback speed to help reviews go faster. Possibly the player in Chrome might let you get up to 2x.

** As far as I can tell, Tanmay's video looks like it's entirely on QEMU but we advertised "two low-cost reference platforms" in Linaro's HPP social media push. Arnaud's is the first low-cost platform. Was KV260 supposed to be in the webinar demo, or just in the "try it later" package? ** Recording transitions between sections, if needed ** Outcome of reviews of your section & someone else's: Did anyone find any major issue that needs to be re-recorded? ** Tanmay's original video was in 720p instead of 1080p and I just resized it in editing. Does that look OK to everyone? It looks OK on my monitor so I think it is OK to leave as-is but if anyone disagrees, this is our chance to re-do it.

Once we have everything combined, I plan to do a regular speed viewing of the whole video, since there is a non-zero possibility of the editing tool doing something unexpected on the render of a long video. Hopefully won't have too many of those iterations...

Due to bad UI design in Google Drive, when I went to click on Download of intro-shared-screen, the menu position moved and I ended up clicking on the adjacent entry which was "remove" :( and when I clicked undo, Google Drive gave me an error and won't restore the file & it is not showing up in my view of trash. Do you mind re-uploading intro-shared-screen? Sorry for the inconvenience...

On the plus side, at least the menu didn't move in the other direction. Below Download is remove. Above Download is block user who uploaded this file.

For the wrap-up I left a pause at the transition to the live material but then went on to read it so we get an idea of the time. I did several takes of the wrap up tring to get it to 5 or 6 min but right now it is 8+.

I don't think it is necessary to re-record unless there are other things to

change, but one item to note is that we can tell in the speaker view that Dan has multiple monitors, so during the slides he's not looking towards the webcam.

Some questions about Bruce's demos interleaving with Tomas' slides. I

recorded each of the slides for a couple seconds with no audio & inserted them where I think they go in the file OA_22DecWebinar_Bruce-QsToTomas.mp4.
